Shadow Work Series
Shadow work is working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable.
The shadow parts of ourselves are there for us to bring light to in order to remove stagnation from our mind, and thus, our lives and physical reality. It is where the most growth and expansion comes from!
Relationships: What is coming up in your relationships most often that triggers you? It can be in an intimate relationship, family, friends or even coworkers.
There is not only individual shadows, but also a group shadow.
Face the mirror and lets transend into a higher vibration through relationships, together.

Practical Magic Series
Practical Magic is an ongoing series of individual classes to help develop your skills, your intuition and to improve overall health and wellness from within. (Register individually for each one as they are all ongoing, rotational)
