Resonance. Vibration. Frequency. Energy.

You are a human being made up of tiny cells that are made up of even tinier atoms. These atoms are vibrating at a speed beyond our comprehension. Your body is a vibrational being. This vibration sends out a certain frequency. Did you know that your decision making, your thoughts, your actions determine your vibration? So poor decision making and negative, victim thinking leads to a decrease in frequency. Conscious decision making, joy, gratitude, growth mindset all raise your vibration. 

Have you been feeling like life is just happening to you lately, in a negative way? Check your daily thoughts and actions. What vibration are you putting out? The vibration you are at and send out is the vibration at which things will be sent back to you. It’s not magic, it’s actually quantum physics!

Dr. Liz LOVES all things mindset. Meditating is a great way to improve your mind and body awareness, and will help increase your frequency. I personally love to journal (I enjoy writing, if you haven’t noticed!) and this helps me work through sticky areas in my life so that they don’t hold me back.

What are some good writing prompts to help me raise my vibrational journey towards more positivity and joy? My hardest habit to break is getting out of bed {seems silly} but it’s hard for me and I don’t enjoy it....what can I do to rise out of bed full of joy?!

Hi Ashley!

Great questions. First of all, nobody (at least very few!) jumps out of bed daily full of joy and ready to go, so cut yourself some slack. If it takes you a minute, half an hour or a couple of hours to get going that's ok and it's something that you can work on.
Starting the day, even before you get out of bed with gratitude can help raise your vibration. We can't be in a state of fear (low vibration) and a state of gratitude (high vibration) at the same time.
Think about 3 things that you're grateful for. Deeply feel them. It could be as simple as gratitude for waking up, your kids, the sunrise, the snow falling. Take time to see the beauty in your life even if it seems hard. The more you practice the easier it will get.

Don't be discouraged if it doesn't come easy.

Remember you have the CHOICE everyday to decide to raise your vibration. It doesn't mean that it will be easy or come naturally, but staying present to your choices and thoughts and then choosing grace, gratitude, joy even when it doesn't seem like you can.

Choose high vibration for the 'negative' things in your life - pain, sadness, struggle, anxiety etc. What we don't accept we can never move past. Your whole self is worthy of love not just the 'positive' things.

This week as you put one foot after the other on the floor as you get out of bed repeat THANK YOU. Focus on the beauty of each aspect of your life. It's there, it'll take some practice but train your brain to see it! You've got this!
